Dr. Yuval Davidor, Co-Founder, Chairman

Dr. Yuval Davidor co-founded Ethos Networks and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr Davidor brings more than 20 years experience in the research and application of advanced algorithms most of them in the telecom industry. Prior to Ethos, Dr. Davidor founded and served as CEO of Schema, a supplier of wireless network optimization solutions. Previously Dr. Davidor was a scientist in the department of Computer Science at the Weizmann Institute, and has an international reputation in the field of evolutionary computation and artificial intelligence. Dr. Davidor holds a BSc degree in Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College, and a DIC from the Centre for Robotics at Imperial College, both of the University of London.

Ohad Finkelstein, Director

Ohad Finkelstein joined Venrock in 2005. With an extensive background in the finance, technology, and telecom industries as well as in developing new companies, markets, and products globally. Ohad is leading the international investments for Venrock from offices in Europe and Israel.  His prior stint as Chairman, President, and CEO of the pan-European Interoute Telecom Group added to his previous experience as Senior Vice President International Sales and Vice President Global Operations for VocalTec Communications Ltd. gives Ohad global business-building skills.  Ohad  has also held management positions at companies including Packard Bell Electronics in the U.S. and has served as a senior advisor for IDEA, a world leader in financial and economic analysis and is a board member at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel. Ohad serves on the boards of the following global, non-Venrock companies: Ethos Networks, Exanet, Inc., FlexLight Networks, Inc., and Sensomatix.

Yuval Shachar, Director

Yuval Shahar is P-Cube's President and CEO, providing both leadership and vision. Yuval brings over 20 years of domain experience in the network infrastructure segment to P-Cube. Prior to P-Cube, Yuval co-founded Pentacom, a pioneer in Dynamic Packet Transport (DPT) products, as well as previously leading the creation of Infogear, which developed some of the industry's first web appliances. Both companies were acquired by Cisco. Additionally, Yuval served as Vice President of Research and Development at VocalTec, where he directed programs resulting in the creation of the first set of VoIP architectures and products, which later enabled the company's IPO. Additionally, Yuval has held senior positions at both National Semiconductor Corporation and Motorola where he worked on data and voice communications products and protocols.

Boaz Dinte, Director

Boaz Dinte is a Managing Partner at Evergreen Venture Partners and focuses on Evergreen's investments in the communications and semiconductor sectors. Prior to joining Evergreen, Boaz was Corporate Business Development Manager for M-Systems Ltd., a NASDAQ (NASDAQ:FLSH) -listed global leader in flash-disk memory and a successfully exited Evergreen portfolio company. Prior to that, Boaz was a senior consultant at POC, one of Israel's leading management consulting firms where he worked with hi-tech companies in all stages of development. Boaz is a board member of the Israeli Venture Capital Association (IVA) and the Chairman of the IVA International Relations Committee, a Board Member of Yuvalim (non-profit organization with the mission to help underprivileged children ) and a member of the Advisory Board of Tmura (non-profit public service venture fund). Boaz initiated and was responsible for Evergreen's investments in Exalink which was acquired by Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT), Metalink (NASDAQ: MTLK), P-cube that was sold to Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO), Envara that was acquired by Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) and BigBand which had a NASDAQ IPO (NASDAQ: BBND). Currently Boaz is a board member in Fusion Dynamic, Pontis, Montilio, Exanet, Ethos Networks, Olista and Crescendo Networks. Boaz holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the technion, specializing in computer design and communications, and has an MBA, Magna Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University.

Moty Ben-Arie, Director

Moty Ben-Arie has an extensive technology background and vast experience as both an entrepreneur and an investor. Moty spent five years as a General Partner at Walden Israel Venture Capital. He was involved in numerous investments, including Passave Technologies, Lynx Photonic Networks, Colorchip, Camero, Lenslet Labs and Aminon. He was a founder of Radcom, a communications company originally funded by the RAD group of companies and led the company from the start-up stage to its IPO on NASDAQ. Prior to joining Radcom, Moty managed a series of interdisciplinary research and development projects in Elisra, an Israeli manufacturer of communications equipment and military electronics. Moty served as an electronic engineer with the Israeli Navy. Moty Ben-Arie holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion and an M.B.A from Tel-Aviv University.

Jacob Zankel, Director

Mr. Jacob Zankel has served as Vice President and General Manager of Radlan Computer Communications Ltd., a Marvell company, since March 2003, where he is responsible for the development of software products and solutions for the Communications Business Group. Prior to Marvell, Mr. Zankel held the position of President and CEO for Radlan. He brings over 25 years of high tech software, hardware and systems experience to Marvell. Before Radlan, he was the President and chairman of Bynet Data Communications in Israel. Mr. Zankel also held several leadership roles at Bynet over his 13-year tenure including vice president of sales and sales manager for the military sector. Prior to Bynet, he was a software team manager with Kidron Ltd. He also managed R&D Teams and Information Systems at Maof Company. Mr. Zankel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Israel Technology Institute (Technion).
